I love having a thankful tree in our house.  It's not fancy, just a couple twigs from a tree, but it's a great visual for the kids (and for me) of all the things we're thankful for.  I love seeing what they write down.





Some of their cards crack me up.



The girls also wrote down names of friends & teachers they're thankful for.  




Sage had a sleepover here this weekend and was excited to show her friends our thankful tree. They wrote on their cards and hung them on our tree too.  Our tree is overloaded and we need a new batch of cards to write on.  I used this template.


I highly recommend this little project, even if you don't have kiddos at home.  It's good to be mindful of what we're thankful for.
